Instrumentation valves

Depending on your application, we have a wide variety of valves to offer:

Ball valves: operate in “on-off” mode. They can be easily panel-mounted by means of a fixing nut.
Needle valves: for gradual adjustment from opening to closing. Can be equiped with graduation on the handle (metering valves)
Diaphragm valves: use a flexible diaphragm to control fluid flow. The diaphragm is a flexible membrane that moves to open or close the fluid passage through the valve.
Stainless steel valves: a range of more conventional, affordable valves for low pressures and non-critical fluids.

Also available in medium and high-pressure ranges (20,000 and 60,000 psi).

Manifolds

A manifold is a machined metal block fitted with a number of valves to manage and distribute fluids between different lines or measuring instruments.

Manifolds are essential for isolating, purging and calibrating measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, flowmeters and similar equipment. They also facilitate maintenance and testing operations without interrupting the process.

FITOK offers a wide range of possible configurations, in terms of shape, number of ports and valves fitted.

Monoflanges

A more compact and specific version of a manifold, the monoflange combines several functions in a single unit to streamline connections and fluid control. It typically integrates functions such as isolation, venting and equalization, combining several valves (often an isolation valve, a vent valve and a pressure relief valve) in a single body.

Monoflanges are commonly used in the oil, gas and chemical industries to reduce space requirements, minimize potential leak points and facilitate maintenance. Their compact design and ability to integrate multiple functions into a single component simplify installations, improve safety and reduce installation and maintenance costs.

Actuated Valves

Most of our valves are also available with pneumatic or electric actuators.

We'll help you choose the right pneumatic or electric actuator and its material, as well as selecting features such as the number of torques, the IP class and the required voltage.

Sanitary Valves & Accessories

For your sanitary and/or food applications, we offer a wide range of stainless steel sanitary valve solutions and related products: 2-way or 3-way ball valves, NPT or Tri-Clamp ®, welded or Tri-Clamp ® butterfly valves with 4-position handle or 10-position trigger, check valves, etc.
