FITOK® compression tube fittings
6D Series - 6.000 PSI
Compression fittings (double-ferrule) are commonly used in piping systems to create reliable, leakproof connections between metal tubes.
A double-ferrule fitting consists of four components: a body, a nut and two ferrules (front and rear).
When the tube is inserted into the body and the nut is screwed onto the body thread, the front ferrule provides the seal and the rear ferrule anchors the tube. These fittings have been designed to provide a secure seal in instrumentation circuits or critical applications. They are suitable for high-pressure, vacuum, vibration and anti-corrosion applications.

The 6D series of fittings meets standard requirements up to 6000 psi. Features :
- Dimensions from 1/16“ to 2” and from 2 mm to 50 mm
- Various materials and configurations available
- Precision-machined components ensure perfect deformation
- Hardened threads with smooth surface finish to prevent galling
- Female nut threads silver-plated to reduce thread friction
- Radial junction machining for smooth flow
- Size, material and casting number marked on each fitting
- Certification EC-79, ECE-R110 et HGV 3.1.

FITOK® Cone & Thread Fittings
20M Series - 20.000 psi - 1379 bar | 60H Series - 60.000 psi - 4137 bar
These fittings offer good pressure resistance and can be disassembled and reused without compromising their integrity. They are ideal for demanding industrial applications, such as high-pressure control systems and oil & gas installations. They do, however, require a higher level of installation time and rigor to ensure that the fitting is leak-tight.

FITOK® High & Ultra-High Purity Fittings
Raccords à souder et raccords à étanchéité de surface (face-seal)
FITOK offers a specific range of high & ultra-high purity fittings for applications requiring the highest level of purity.
On the one hand, there are weld fittings in 316L stainless steel, with a standard roughness of 0.25 µm. Available in various configurations, FITOK weld fittings feature precision-machined diameters to perfectly match the tube, deburred ends for improved alignment, compatibility with manual or automatic welding, and a high-quality surface finish.
On the other hand, face-seal fittings provide the perfect sealing solution for critical applications from vacuum to high pressure. These fittings work by compressing a metal gasket between two flat surfaces (the two parts of the fitting) to create a high-purity hermetic seal. They have the advantage of being more compact than a double-ring fitting (no length of travel required) and of being dismountable/remountable at will (as opposed to weldable fittings).

Quick Couplings
Quick couplers/decouplers
Quick-release couplings in stainless steel, brass or other materials. These quick-release couplings are available with single our double-end shutoff, as well as in high-flow/low pressure versions.
Quick-couplings fittings enable the rapid connection and disconnection of two pipes (rigid or flexible) without the need for tools. They use an internal locking mechanism, based on balls or clamps, which snaps into place to secure the connection when a male part is inserted into a female part, ensuring an immediate seal.
FITOK quick-release couplings are available in a variety of materials (316SS, brass, etc.), with sealing valve on one side (female part) or both sides (male and female parts). Available for different pressure ranges (low, medium and high), as well as in high-flow versions.

Pipe Fittings & Adapters
We offer a wide range of FITOK threaded fittings for all pipe and machine interconnections, as well as adapter fittings for switching from one range to another (general instrumentation, medium pressure, high pressure) and from one type of connection to another (thread, double-ferrule, cone and thread, surface seal, etc.).
