Technical Sales Representative - ONTARIO
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and passionate TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to contribute to Elneo's sales development in the Province of ONTARIO. As such, you'll be responsible for growing sales in Ontario by landing new customers and developing our customer base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Focus on new customer acquisition and business development in your assigned area.
- Develop the existing customer portfolio and foster long term relationships.
- Identify customer needs and propose the adequate solution. .
- Promote the company, develop sales and margins in line with Elneo's sales policy.
- Draw up commercial offers, negotiate contracts and ensure follow-up.
- Monitor the market and identify development opportunities (partnerships, suppliers, etc.).
- Conduct product demonstrations and develop your technical expertise.
- Carry out regular reporting. You’ll be reporting directly to the Country Manager.
- Participate in industry trade shows in Canada and the U.S.
About you:
- You have a degree in a technical or commercial field, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through valuable work experience.
- You have had your first successful B2B sales experience in the fluid systems industry or associated.
- You are an active listener and enjoy convincing people.
- You are a skilled negotiator, and you can turn any problem into an opportunity.
- You're autonomous and able to work independently, but you're also a good team player.
- You speak and write in English perfectly, so as to conduct technical discussions and negotiations. Knowledge of French is a valuable asset.
- You’re able to travel: holding a valid driver’s license and flexibility for schedules and frequent trips in Ontario.
