To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a motivated and passionate TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE to contribute to Elneo's sales development in ONTARIO. As such, you'll be responsible for growing sales in Ontario by landing new customers and developing our customer base. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Focus on new customer acquisition and business development in your area.
• Develop the existing customer portfolio and foster long term relationships.
• Promptly identify customer needs and propose the appropriate solution. 
• Promote the company, develop sales and margins in line with Elneo's sales policy.
• Draw up commercial offers, negotiate contracts and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor the market and identify development opportunities (partnerships, suppliers, etc.).
• Carry out regular reporting. 
• Participate in industry trade shows in Canada and USA. 

About you:

• You have a degree in a technical/commercial field, or have acquired equivalent knowledge through experience in the sector of industrial product retail. 
• You have had your first successful sales experience in the fluid systems industry or equivalent. 
• You are an active listener and enjoy convincing. As a skilled negotiator, you can turn any problem into an opportunity.
• You're autonomous and able to work independently, but you're also a good team player.
• You speak English perfectly, so as to conduct technical discussions and negotiations.
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus. 
• You share ELNEO's values.
